His thorough presentation of the rainbow body technique also includes its history over the last 12 centuries, including information and details about many of the individuals who have accomplished this. David also discusses UFO events and channeled material from extraterrestrials from the 1940s and 1950s that address ascension and our current time period. He also relates how stress in our lives leads to and accelerates the ascension process.
